Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Smooche purchase. However, because our products are cosmetic and intended for application to the skin, strict hygiene requirements apply.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used cosmetic products generally cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at officialsmooche@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photographs of the product
  4. Photographs of the packaging where relevant

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. South Africa's CPA provides statutory protections concerning defective, unsafe or poor-quality goods.
