How do I apply Smooche?

Apply to clean, moisturised skin. Start with a small amount and blend evenly across the face using your preferred makeup brush, sponge, or fingertips.

Additional product can be applied to areas where you want more coverage.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery generally takes 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.

Can I return an opened product?

Because Smooche sells cosmetic products intended for use on the skin, opened or used products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to hygiene considerations.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact officialsmooche@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.
